S75-LP | Polarizer Kit for S75, ODS75, and S75G2 Brick Lights

This die-cut polarizing film blocks ~60 % of non-aligned light and transmits ~38 %, drastically reducing reflections on shiny surfaces when paired with a bandpass filter (Such as the MidOpt PR032 series). The S75-LP Polarizer Kit from Smart Vision Lights can reduce glare on reflective surfaces for more optimized imaging. This kit includes a precision cut polarizer designed for fitment in the S75, ODS75, SB75, ODSB75, and S75G2 Brick Lights. This kit does come with the necessary hardware fasteners included. This kit includes all necessary mounting hardware, making installation quick and hassle-free. With high polarization efficiency (99.98 %) across 400–700 nm, this filter integrates seamlessly into industrial machine vision and inspection systems—ideal for delivering precise, glare-free illumination. Note: Standard Polarizers work well for visible bandwidths. It is not recommended to use this polarizers with UV 365nm, UV 395nm, IR 850nm, IR 940nm, or any SWIR Wavelengths. For applications using 470nm Blue or WHITE LED's, it is recommended to strobe the lights if possible. These LED's emit higher levels of thermal energy which can cause degredation of the polarizer over time when ran at higher duty cycles at full brightness.
