The MidOpt PR1000-27 The PR1000 VIS/SWIR Wire Grid Linear Polarizer Mounted Filter is effective in both the visible and NIR (near-infrared), ranging from 400-2000nm. It’s efficient in glare reduction, with an average contrast ratio up to 8,000:1 and has an operating temperature rating of 100° C per 1,000 hours. To maximize glare reduction, use the PR1000 in combination with the PS1000 NIR Linear Polarizer Film over the illuminating light source. The PR1000 also has an anti-reflection oleophobic coating to maximize transmission while repelling dirt and oil–making it the perfect polarizer for industrial imaging.
