The LZE300-530-LPI-DC Bar light from Smart Vision Lights is part of SVL's LZE series, which is one of Smart Vision Lights modern direct connectable bar linear lights. This light can be purchased with different connection types, which allow for various implementation options. The standard variant of this light can be direct connected to create longer lengths, up to lengths of 1,800mm using 6 LZE300 modules. This IP65 machine vision light incorporates SVL's patented NanoDrive Driver which allows for operation in both Constant-On or Overdrive Strobe operation modes in one convenient light, as well as rapid strobe speeds with on-times of less than 500 NanoSeconds. In addition to this control, the LZE300 series is also zoned, featuring 3 different zones which can individually have their intensities controlled using the BTM-1000 programming module in conjunction with the SmartVisionLink App.This model is 300mm long and is in the 530nm Green color. The LZE300-530-LPI-DC features a lens beam angle of 10 Degree and is Polarized. To Daisy Chain the LZE300 series, the LZE300-DC variant is required. If you would like to direct connect the light, then you will want the standard version (without -DC in the part number) This light can be dimmed to an intensity from 10-100% using the analog input line or the IVP-C1 and features PNP and NPN Strobe Inputs. Further customizations can be performed upon request from Machine Vision Direct. This light also can be programmed for intensity settings using the BTM-1000 module and the SmartVisionLink app. The module is only required for programming and does not need to stay with the light in the final implementation The light features a 5 Pin M12 Male Connector on the end of the light. We recomend our 5PM12 series of cables (5PM12-5, 5PM12-10, or 5PM12-15). To physically direct connect multiple lights in series, a set of the LXJ-2DTN (2 pieces) is required to hold the lights together. The LZE300-530-LPI-DC can be mounted using the PB300-M5 Swivel Mount Bracket Kit, or can be mounted using the tapped holes in the rear corners of the light. The LZE300 is available in three different connector options: Direct Connect – This is the default option which allows connecting lights together with no additional cables. Lights are directly connected together, with no space between the lights. Up to six LZE300 lights can be directly connected together. Daisy-Chain – The Daisy-Chain option allows for a locking 5PM-12 Jumper Cable to be used when connecting LZE300 lights together. Lights are able to be spaced apart from each other. Up to six LZE300 lights can be Daisy-Chained together. Plug – If multiple units are not going to be used, a plug termination can be ordered.
