The LZEW300-SS-DC-625-W30 Bar light from Smart Vision Lights is part of SVL's LZE series, which is one of Smart Vision Lights modern direct connectable bar linear lights. This variant has a stainless steel housing and an IP69K rating. The LZEW300 is waterproof for use in the food industry, as well as other applications requiring washdown. This light can be purchased in single connection or daisy chain configurations, which allow for various implementation options. This machine vision light incorporates SVL's patented NanoDrive Driver which allows for operation in both Constant-On or Overdrive Strobe operation modes in one convenient light, as well as rapid strobe speeds with on-times of less than 500 NanoSeconds. In addition to this control, the LZE300 series is also zoned, featuring 3 different zones which can individually have their intensities controlled using the BTM-1000 programming module in conjunction with the SmartVisionLink App. This model is 300mm long and is in the 625nm Red color. The LZEW300-SS-DC-625-W30 features a lens beam angle of 30 Degree and is Not Polarized. To Daisy Chain the LZE300 series, the LZE300-DC variant is required. This light can be dimmed to an intensity from 10-100% using the analog input line or the IVP-C1 and features PNP and NPN Strobe Inputs. Further customizations can be performed upon request from Machine Vision Direct. This light also can be programmed for intensity settings using the BTM-1000 module and the SmartVisionLink app. The module is only required for programming and does not need to stay with the light in the final implementation The light features a 5 Pin M12 Male Connector on the end of the light. We recommend our W5PM12-15 cable. The LZEW300-SS-DC-625-W30 can be mounted using the PB300-M5 Swivel Mount Bracket Kit, or can be mounted using the tapped holes in the rear corners of the light. (Although the PB300-M5 is not washdown rated). The Daisy-Chain option allows for a W5PM12-J300 or W5PM12-J2000 Jumper Cable to be used when connecting LZEW300 lights together. Lights are able to be spaced apart from each other. Up to six LZEW300 lights can be Daisy-Chained together.
